During their 2016 conference, Restoration Hardware, a luxury home goods store, awarded CFI the Excellence in Customer Service Award and Outstanding Customer Service Representative Award to CSR William Jones. This award recognized CFI's high marks for on-time delivery, on-time pick up, and tender acceptance in comparison to our peers.
