On June 28th, CFI commemorated Joplin’s rich transportation history at The Great Race. The Great Race, which began 40 years ago, is the world’s premiere old car rally that brought the world’s finest antique automobiles to town.
CFI joined the celebration by showcasing four of our trucks including:
- Kenworth blackout truck driven by Professional Driver Ben J.
- There Stood A Truck Driver wrapped truck driven by Professional Driver Elaine B.
- CFI's 75th Anniversary wrapped truck driven by Professional Driver Albert A.
- True to the Troops wrapped trailer
Additionally, CFI hosted a booth to hand out branded goodies and answer questions about working at CFI.
We’re grateful to be a part of this community and celebrate Joplin’s transportation heritage! Learn more about CFI's history, which began in Joplin in 1951, here.
