January 21, 2022 - Randy Cornell, Vice President of Maintenance and Asset Management at CFI, shared his insights on freight efficiency on the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE) podcast with Mike Roeth.

Topics discussed include the diversification of CFI, the perennial driver shortage, things that have changed since he started his career, why CFI has short trade cycles, and the best way to bring new technology into a fleet. He also shares his thoughts on alternative fueled vehicles which he said are in the company’s future.

"Drivers having a solid home foundation is very important to us," said Cornell. "I have a lot of compassion for the drivers because I truly have been there and done that."
